COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Microwave: from frozen
1. Remove outer packaging. Cover the lid loosely over the tray so that steam can escape during heating.
2. Microwave on HIGH for 3.00 minutes (900 watt)
3. Carefully remove tray from microwave, stir well side dish and re-cover the lid loosely and microwave on HIGH for 1.00-2.00 minutes (900 watt)
4. Carefully remove tray from microwave as product will be hot. Stir and serve.
*Heating time may vary based on power (watt) and model of microwave.
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Keep frozen at -18°c or below. Do not refreeze after defrosting.
